Rosary Goats Cheese is a family-run business that has been creating fresh and mature goats cheese for over 35 years. Located in the idyllic New Forest, the dairy is tucked away behind the family home - The Rosary which once upon a time had a beautiful rose garden.

Dazel Ash is our mature goat’s cheese with an edible ash coating and a gorgeous
crinkly rind with a lustrous satiny, dark hue of black and white. Available from just 4 weeks old our Dazel will continue to mature and become wonderfully gooey. This special cheese is named after an idyllic little copse situated behind the Rosary dairy.
